Welcome reception
22 August 2010, 17.00 – 19.00 hrs

All participants of the meeting as well as the exhibitors
are invited to take part in the Welcome reception on
22 August 2010 from 17 to 19 hrs at the monastery of Seeon. Snacks and drinks will be served. Participation
is included in the registration fee.

Boat trip
23 August 2010, 19.00 – 22.30 hrs

The boat trip on the beautiful lake “Chiemsee” will take place on Monday evening. Please take the opportunity to see the wonderful landscapes of South Bavaria. Typical Bavarian snacks and drinks will be served.

The participants will leave the monastery by bus at 19.00 hrs to go to the landing place of Seebruck where the boat trip will start. The costs for the trip are included in the registration fee. Additional tickets for accompanying persons will be offered for 25 €. Please register online as the number of participants is limited.

Festive dinner
24 August 2010, 19.30 – 22.30 hrs

The dinner will take place in the restaurant “Gothic cellar” of the monastery Seeon. Culinary delights will be served. Enjoy an evening in a perfect atmosphere and take the opportunity to talk and to discuss with colleagues and friends.

This event is included for one person in the registration fee. The participation of accompanying persons will be charged with 30 €. Registration is required.
